The standard block size for slab foam at Tjikko is 100cm × 120cm × 20cm. This block is then sliced into 20 standard slices of 100cm × 120cm × 1cm each. Further custom cutting to your final product dimensions is available. Custom block sizes are available on request.

Yes. Tjikko provides slicing and custom cutting services. The standard output is 20 slices per block, each yielding approximately 24 pieces after secondary cutting. What density grades are available for slab foam?+
