Our production line covers molded foam, slab foam, and floral foam across densities from D10 to D90. Molded foam is shaped in custom tooling built from your drawing, CAD file, or physical sample — the standard route for motorcycle and car seating, furniture cushions, and packaging inserts. Slab foam is cut from continuous blocks for mattress producers and upholstery workshops, while dry-cell floral foam supplies florists and event decorators at wholesale volume.
Every batch can be verified in our in-house chemical laboratory, with FMVSS 302 flammability certification available for automotive programs and OEM documentation included on request.
